Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) reports that Providence Boulevard is back open. The status of the injuries for those involved is still unknown.
Providence Boulevard was reduced to one lane northbound and all southbound lanes are closed. Southbound traffic was being diverted down Walnut Street.
