Clarksville, TN – A graveside service for Charles and Frances Rougemont will be Tuesday, October 14th, 2025 at 2:00pm at Williams Cemetery in Dover, TN.
Charles, age 91, and Frances, age 86, were both born in Stewart County, TN and resided in Erin, TN. Charles passed away on October 9th, 2025, with his wife by his side and surrounded by his loving family. Just two short days later on October 11th, 2025, Frances was once again by his side.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Rebecca Rougemont; and Frances was preceded by her parents, Lacy and Christye Williams. Together, Charles and Frances are preceded by their son, Ricky Rougemont. They are survived by their children, Ronnie Rougemont and Calvin (Denise) Rougemont; grandchildren: Jacob Rougemont, Cheree Rougemont, Bethany Rougemont, Calie Estes, Clay Rougemont, and Daylin Rougemont; and 7 great grandchildren.
