“The Couch Potato Conundrum” met football season head-on. Fall means football, the feature acknowledged, and football can mean hours on the couch cheering a favorite team — but every extra hour spent sitting chips away at your health a little more. The good news was that you really can have your cake and eat it too: rather than using the big game as an excuse to skip the gym, a bit of balance lets a fan stay fit and still enjoy every snap of the season, keeping the cake and the couch both without giving up the gym.
