AT&T releases Outage Update, December 27th

 

AT&T INCNashville, TN – Significant progress was made in our restoration efforts overnight. Power was restored to 4 floors of the building. So far, more than 65% of mobility sites affected by the explosion on Friday, December 25th, 2020 have been restored.

Saturday, more than three feet of water was pumped out of the building’s basement, but access to the lower floors of the building is still limited.

FBI seeks information on Downtown Nashville Explosion

 

Federal Bureau of Investigation - FBINashville, TN – On Christmas morning, December 25th, 2020, at approximately 5:30am CT, a large explosion occurred on 2nd Avenue North near a Downtown Nashville, Tennessee business. The explosion has been linked to a recreational vehicle (RV).

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); the Metro Nashville Police Department; and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) are currently looking for information concerning the operator or owner of this RV, which arrived in the area at approximately 1:22am CT.

AT&T Services affected by Downtown Nashville Car Bombing

 

AT&T INCNashville, TN – On Friday, December 25th, 2020, a car bombing occurred in Downtown Nashville sending three persons to the hospital and rocking the immediate area.

The bombing that happened near the AT&T building has created a widespread phone, cellphone, and internet outages.
