Nashville Sounds General Admission Tickets for Exhibition Game against Texas Rangers Now On Sale

Nashville SoundsNashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds have announced that general admission tickets for Sunday’s Major League Baseball exhibition game between the Texas Rangers and Sounds are on sale now.

Due to high demand, purchasing general admission tickets has been moved up from day-of-game only to immediately. General admission tickets are now available for $20.00 (sales tax not included) and can be purchased at the Sounds Ticket Office, via phone at 615.690.4487 or by visiting www.nashvillesounds.com

Consistent with any reserved seat purchase at First Tennessee Park, a general admission ticket allows access to ballpark areas such as the Zander Insurance Berm and The Band Box.

Nashville Sounds, Texas Rangers to play Exhibition Game at First Tennessee Park on March 24th

Nashville SoundsLas Vegas, NV – The Nashville Sounds, in conjunction with the Texas Rangers, announced today at the Baseball Winter Meetings in Las Vegas that the two teams will play a spring training exhibition game at First Tennessee Park on Sunday, March 24th at 1:05pm.

“This is another thrilling and historic day for the Nashville Sounds,” said General Manager Adam Nuse. “One of the biggest goals we established with our partnership with the Rangers was to bring a spring training exhibition game to First Tennessee Park and the city of Nashville. We can’t wait to work with the Rangers to showcase Major League Baseball to this great city and our incredibly supportive fan base.”

Austin Peay State University announces Lady Govs 2013-14 Basketball Schedule

 

Austin Peay State University Lady Govs - APSUClarksville, TN – Thirteen home games will dot Austin Peay State University women’s basketball schedule in 2013-14, head coach Carrie Daniels announced July 15th.

With a roster dominated by underclassmen – 11 of the 15 Lady Govs are freshmen or sophomores – Daniels set out to prepare a non-conference schedule that will provide opportunities for wins while also testing her team.
