Tennessee Volunteers - UT VolsKnoxville, TN – The Tennessee Vols football team looks to pick up its third consecutive win and first road victory on Saturday against SEC East foe Kentucky.

Saturday’s contest will be televised on SEC Network with Tom Hart (PxP), Jordan Rodgers (analyst), and Cole Cubelic (sideline) on the call.
 
Fans can also listen to Tennessee’s official radio broadcast on the Vol Network (WIVK-FM 107.7) and satellite radio (XM Ch. 380, Internet Ch. 969). Bob Kesling (PxP), Tim Priest (analyst) and Brent Hubbs (analyst) will call the action all season long.

Fans can listen to the official Vol Network broadcast at the game on FM 101.7.

Eric Elliot joins APSU Govs staff as Director of Digital Media

 

Austin Peay State University Sports - APSU - Governors - Lady GovsClarksville, TN – Eric Elliot, who has been the Director of Fan Engagement and Creative Services at Louisiana-Monroe the past three seasons, will join the Austin Peay State University (APSU) athletics department as its Director of Digital Media, effective Monday. Elliott takes over following Tyler Davis’ departure in May.

Upon joining the Governors athletics department, Elliot will oversee the department’s digital and social communications strategy. He also will oversee the advancement of the Governors’ visual and brand identity on both digital media and marketing collateral.

Tennessee Volunteers - UT VolsKnoxville, TN – Coming off a marquee win over No. 11 Kentucky last Saturday, Tennessee will look to win its third straight and become bowl eligible this Saturday as Missouri visits Neyland Stadium.

Kickoff for UT’s final home game of 2018 is set for 2:30pm CT on CBS. Brad Nessler (play-by-play) and Gary Danielson (analyst) will have the call with Jamie Erdahl reporting from the sidelines. Vol Network radio affiliates will have a live audio broadcast with Bob Kesling, Tim Priest and Brent Hubbs. Sirius (Channel 94) and XM satellite radio (Channel 192) will also carry the game.

Saturday will also be Senior Day for the Vols as they will honor their 13 seniors prior to kickoff.

Kickoff for Saturday’s contest is slated for 6:00pm CT on ESPN with Adam Amin (play-by-play) and Rod Gilmore (analyst) calling the action in the booth while Quint Kessenich will be reporting from the sidelines. Tennessee Vols Football holds UTEP scoreless in 24-0 Win

Tennessee Volunteers - UT VolsKnoxville, TN – Sophomore running back Ty Chandler rushed 12 times for a career-best 158 yards and a touchdown, and Tennessee recorded its first shutout since 2016 in a 24-0 victory over UTEP on Saturday afternoon at Neyland Stadium.
 
A crowd of 87,074 was on hand for the contest, including 1,067 evacuees of Hurricane Florence from North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. They received complimentary tickets to the game from UT Athletics.

APSU FootballIrving, TX – Nearly 1,200 student-athletes competing in all levels of collegiate football this season have earned their undergraduate degrees, the National Football Foundation announced Wednesday. Two members of the Austin Peay State University football team were recognized: tight end Michael Hoover and linebacker CJ Parker.

Instant Peay Play - APSU SportsClarksville, TN – While Austin Peay State University (APSU)’s volleyball team is off to one of it’s best starts in school history, the football team can now put all its focus on getting ready for Ohio Valley Conference play after it’s season-opener at nationally-ranked Georgia and building a resume for a post-season berth.

The APSU Governors volleyball team enters its third week of play sporting a perfect 6-0 record — the second-best start to the season in program history — trailing only the 1984 squad that opened the season winning their first eight matches, after going 3-0 at the Missouri-Kansas City Kangaroo Klassic and the Middle Tennessee Raider Bash.
