UT Lady VolsKnoxville, TN – Tennessee and Vanderbilt meet for the 78th time, as the Lady Vols host the Commodores at 4:00pm CT on Sunday at Thompson-Boling Arena.

The game will be broadcast on ESPN2 and will be available online through WatchESPN. Visit WatchESPN.com or download the WatchESPN app to view the game on a computer or mobile device. Tiffany Greene (PxP) and Nell Fortner (Analyst) will describe the action between the Lady Vols and the Commodores.

UT Lady VolsKnoxville, TN – The #25/RV Lady Vols (14-9, 5-5 SEC) go in search of a road victory Thursday night, as they face in-state rival Vanderbilt (15-8, 4-6 SEC) in Nashville at Memorial Gymnasium in the 76th meeting between these programs. Tip-off is slated for 8:00pm CT/9:00pm ET.

The Lady Vols are in seventh place, and the Commodores stand in 11th in the league standings through Monday night’s games.

After winning a pair of league tilts at home, the Big Orange women enter Thursday night’s contest on the heels of a 76-71 overtime loss at Texas A&M on Sunday.

Clarksville’s Bashaara Graves invited to USA Basketball U19 Trials

 

USA BasketballClarksville, TN – University of Tennessee rising sophomore Bashaara Graves and incoming freshman Jordan Reynolds are among 34 of the nation’s top athletes age 19 or younger who have accepted invitations to participate in the 2013 USA Basketball U19 World Championship Team trials, USA Basketball announced Tuesday.

Trials to select the 12-member USA squad will be held May 16th-19th at the U.S. Olympic Training Center (USOTC) in Colorado Springs, CO. The unit will represent the U.S. in the 2013 FIBA U19 World Championship, hosted by Lithuania from July 18th-28th in Klaipeda and Panev?žys.

Austin Peay State University Lady GovsClarksville, TN – Just over 48 hours after returning home from its California trip, Austin Peay will host nationally-ranked Vanderbilt in a 7:00pm, Wednesday contest at the Dunn Center. It will be the Lady Govs second home contest this season, after opening the season at home.

The Commodores will be making their first foray outside Memorial Gymnasium where they played their season’s first six games.
