Tennessee Volunteers - UT VolsKnoxville, TN – No. 21 Tennessee Vols men’s basketball returns home to Thompson-Boling Arena for a weekend bout with Jacksonville State. Saturday’s tipoff is slated for 12:00pm CT on SEC Network+.

Saturday’s game is available online via WatchESPN and on any mobile device through the ESPN app. Fans can log on to WatchESPN at espn.com/watch. Michael Wottreng, Steve Hamer and Kasey Funderburg will have the call.

Austin Peay State University Football runs down Murray State Racers, 42-7

 

APSU FootballMurray, KY – In the penultimate game of the regular season, the Austin Peay State University (APSU) football team went on the road and throttled arch-rival Murray State. Led by Prince Momodu the Governors rushed for 295 yards while holding the Racers to 39 rushing yards in a 42-7 Ohio Valley Conference win, Saturday, at Roy Stewart Stadium.

Tennessee Vols Basketball rolls in second half to 82-63 win over Murray State

 

Tennessee Volunteers - UT VolsKnoxville, TN – Behind a career-high 26 points from Jordan Bowden, Tennessee extended its nation-leading home win streak to 28 games with a 82-63 win over Murray State on Tuesday night at Thompson-Boling Arena.
 
In addition to his career-best mark in points, Bowden hit a career-high six three-pointers, finishing 6-for-8 from beyond the arc. For the second consecutive game, Yves Pons set a new career-best in points with 19.

Instant Peay Play: APSU Governors still have work to do for OVC football title

 

Instant Peay Play - APSU SportsClarksville, TN – With a homecoming victory in their pocket after defeating then Oho Valley Conference leader Tennessee Martin, the Austin Peay State University (APSU) football team needs to remain focused, as they still have some work to do if they are to claim their first OVC regular season championship since 1977.

The Governors, who were ranked 24th nationally before Saturday’s win versus UT Martin, are 7-3 overall this season and are tied for the lead in the OVC, along with Southeast Missouri, with a 5-1 mark, but hold the regular-season tiebreaker versus SEMO with a 28-24 victory over the Redhawks back on October 12th at Fortera Stadium.
