Restore Performance MassageClarksville, TN – Russ Shemberger, a licensed massage therapist at Restore Performance Massage in Clarksville, has been selected for the USA Triathlon (USAT) coaching clinic scheduled for April 26th-28th in Nashville, TN.

The clinic will prepare him to coach experienced triathletes or coach someone new to the multisport lifestyle.

Selection to the USA Triathlon clinic was competitive; some applications were not accepted, according to the email from USAT.

Clarksville’s Russ Shemberger earns personal best at Ironman 70.3 Muncie triathlon

 

Restore Performance MassageMuncie, IN – Russ Shemberger, a licensed sports massage therapist at Restore Performance Massage on Madison Street in Clarksville, achieved a personal best sub-5-hour time at the Ironman 70.3 Muncie Triathlon held Saturday, July 12th, 2014, in Muncie, Indiana.

Shemberger finished the 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike and 13.1-mile run in a total time of 4 hours, 58 minutes and 23 seconds and placed 18th in his age group, which included 170 other men in the 45-49 age category.

Restore Performance MassageClarksville, TN – Russ Shemberger, a licensed sports massage therapist at Restore Performance Massage on Madison Street in Clarksville, placed second in his age group at the sixth annual Alpha Delta Pi Sprint Triathlon held Sunday, April 6th at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Shemberger finished the 300-meter swim, 10-mile bike and 3.1-mile run in a total time of 1:02.25 and placed second in his age group (male 45-49).

Bowling Green, KY – Clarksville triathlete Russ Shemberger took part in the Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon on Sunday, where he finished second in his age group, and placed 12th overall. The field had nearly 300 triathletes competing.

Russ Shemberger places in top 10 at inaugural Bowling Green Half-Marathon

 

Restore Performance MassageClarksville, TN – Russ Shemberger, a licensed massage therapist at Restore Performance Massage on Madison Street in Clarksville, finished in the top 10 of all finishers in the inaugural Bowling Green Half-Marathon on Sunday, November 4th in Bowling Green, KY.

Shemberger finished the hilly 13.1-mile course in 1:34:10, his personal best at this distance, and placed second in his age group (45-49). The course route included downtown Bowling Green and the Western Kentucky University campus.

Russ Shemberger takes 2nd overall at Doc’s Dash 5K in Benton, KY

 

Restore Performance MassageClarksville, TN – Russ Shemberger, a licensed massage therapist at Restore Performance Massage on Madison Street in Clarksville, placed second overall and won his age group (40-49) at the first Doc’s Dash 5K held Saturday, October 13th in Benton, KY.
