Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library to host Teen Self-Defense Program

 

Clarksville-Montgomery County Public LibraryClarksville, TN – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library is collaborating with The Vigilance Group of Brentwood, Tennessee to provide teens with a useful lesson in self-defense. The free self-defense class will be held on Thursday, November 30th at 5:00pm at the public library.

All teens in grades 7-12 are encouraged to attend. Teens are advised to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.

Fort Campbell ACS FAP Women’s Warrior Self Defense Class

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – An astounding one in three women worldwide experiences physical or sexual violence. In some countries, that rate jumps to 70 percent.

Please join the Army Community Service, Family Advocacy Program for a Women’s Warrior Self Defense Class in support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

This free event will be held at the Family Resource Center on October 15th from 11:30am to 1:00pm and again at 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

Fort Campbell’s Estep Wellness Center to offer Free Self Defense Class

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Have you ever been in a scary situation where you didn’t know what to do, how to react or how to defend yourself? If you answered yes to any of the above, then join Estep Wellness Center for a FREE Self Defense Class on September 21 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Fort Campbell’s Estep Wellness Center September Class Schedule

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Estep Wellness Center has released their September class schedule. A new month brings new changes which include replacing the Monday 9:15am Turbo Kick class with Kick Boxing and the 10:30am Pilates with Zumba®.

On Wednesday, they’ve added Cycle at 9:00am. The 5:30pm Cycle and 5:45pm Tabata/Core on Thursdays have been cancelled and the 9:00am Cycle on Friday has been cancelled as well. Boot Camp Xtreme is back on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm. «Read the rest of this article»
