This is a valuable opportunity for teens to participate in a comprehensive self-defense course led by trained professionals, completely free of charge.

The Vigilance Group was founded by Michael Moore, a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Air Force and a 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

The Vigilance Group focuses on “learning to be vigilant, to pay close attention to the possibility of danger in your surroundings, and knowing how to neutralize any threats.” They regularly train young adults, in high school and college, to live safely in a dangerous world.
