Clarksville, TN – Wednesday morning’s strong storm has caused trees to fall along the Clarksville Greenway, forcing the Clarksville Parks & Recreation Department to temporarily close the shorter of the two trails, from the Pollard Road trail head to Mary’s Oak trail head. Maintenance crews are working to clear the trees quickly and hope to re-open the trail to the public as soon as possible.
The longer trail, to the right of the Pollard Road trail head remains open to the public.
Parents of little ones, don’t forget to join us at the Clarksville Greenway every Tuesday morning from 8:00am to 9:00am for Stroller Time. This free five week program allows for parents and children to get outdoors and interact in a beautiful nature setting.
