Clarksville, TN – The fatality victim’s name is William Fenner Jr., 63 of Clarksville. Additionally, according to a witness, there was a blue or black pickup which cleared the intersection shortly before the crash took place.The tractor trailer may have swerved to avoid a collision with the pickup just prior to the fatal crash.
