Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department has release the name of the pedestrian who was struck and killed on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard last night. The pedestrian’s name is Charles Andrew Parham of Nashville, TN. Additionally, the van is a Chrysler Pacifica, not a Town and Country.
No charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing. Police are awaiting the toxicology and medical examiner information. No further.
