Austin Peay resumes play with a trip to Birmingham, Alabama for the Blazer Beach Duals, March 16th-17th, the second consecutive season it has made the trip to the UAB event. The following week, Austin Peay will trek to East Tennessee for the Carson-Newman Invitational, March 23rd-24th, in Jefferson City.

The Governors new beach court facility will get its first collegiate tests to open the season’s second month when the Govs host UT Martin in duals both April 4th and 11th. After a trip to the Central Arkansas Invitational, April 13th-14th, Austin Peay returns to Clarksville to host the Ohio Valley Challenge, April 20th-21st, with Morehead State, Jacksonville State, Lincoln Memorial and Spring Hill in attendance.

“The most exciting thing about this beach season is that we now have a beautiful three-court facility right in front of our arena to host our home events on campus,” said head coach Taylor Mott. “We have added a few new destinations to our schedule, we will be playing at New Orleans, Carson Newman and Central Arkansas. With one beach season under our belts I am excited to pick up where we left off in 2017 and continue to develop into a competitive beach volleyball program. “
