Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Department (CPD) officers responded to Civitan Park and located the three missing juveniles that were reported as runaways. All three were found safe.
Lanycia Byers and Devin Handy were returned to their family. Kaylee Blackstone is in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Children Services (DCS).
