Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine during an award ceremony in Washington D.C., May 5. As the head technical advisor for Fort Campbell’s COVID-19 response he enabled Soldier readiness by pioneering protocols for pre- and post-deployment testing to limit spread, evaluation criteria for hospital admission, and home monitoring.
