April was the very first issue, publisher Carla Lavergne's debut of a free monthly for Clarksville families.

May sat down with the breakout Christian rock band Building 429 and wrote seriously about local art.

June shopped for Father's Day, toured the city's parks, and demystified the credit score.

July chased summer to the public pools and laid out 529 college-savings plans.

August championed the arts, staged Grease, and timed back-to-school to the sales-tax holiday.

September turned toward fall and cast a line at the Big Cat Quest fishing tournament.

October welcomed Tennessee's restaurant smoking ban and marked Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

November visited local elementary schools and reworked Kipling for parents.

December raised the curtain on the Roxy's Christmas show and closed a landmark first year.
