Knoxville, TN – Tennessee’s complete 2018-19 men’s basketball schedule has been made public. High-profile non-conference opponents for the Volunteers include Gonzaga, Georgia Tech, Louisville, in-state foe Memphis, Wake Forest and West Virginia. The Big Orange host 18 regular-season contests and one preseason exhibition at Thompson-Boling Arena.
In their fourth season under the direction of reigning SEC Coach of the Year Rick Barnes, the Volunteers play host to multiple regional opponents in pre-conference action, including Barnes’ alma mater, Lenoir-Rhyne, in the season-opener along with Eastern Kentucky and Samford. Louisiana and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi are also set to visit Thompson-Boling Arena.

Knoxville, TN – Lamonte Turner scored a career-high 24 points, Jordan Bowden added a career-best 21 and Tennessee tied the school record with 16 made 3-pointers to storm past Presbyterian for a 90-50 win on Tuesday at Thompson-Boling Arena.
The Vols (4-3) shot 16-of-33 from 3-point range, tying for the most 3-pointers made in program history and UT’s most since making 16 against UNC Asheville on November 17th, 2009. Tennessee has now drained 16 3-pointers six times in program history.

Tennessee (13-15, 6-9 SEC) is coming off an 84-58 loss at the hands of South Carolina on Saturday night in Columbia. Playing without leading scorer Kevin Punter Jr. (22.2 ppg) for the second consecutive game, the Vols were led by 19 points from Devon Baulkman — who hit five threes along the way — and a season-best 16 points from freshman Shembari Phillips. The Atlanta native has now scored in double figures in three of his last five games.

Knoxville, TN – Armani Moore scored on the first shot taken Wednesday night, and his Tennessee Volunteers never looked back, downing the Florida Atlantic Owls, 81-62, at Thompson-Boling Arena.
Kevin Punter Jr. led Tennessee (5-4) with 24 points, his sixth-straight game with 20-plus in the scoring column. Punter is the first Vol to score 20 points in six straight games since Chris Lofton in 2006. It was the eighth time in nine games that Punter has scored in double figures this season.
