Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – On Wednesday, August 5th, 2020, the Clarksville Gas and Water Department turned off water service on Buchanon Drive from Garfield Way to Dwight Eisenhower Way for water main leak repair.

Garfield Way, McKinley Court, Van Buren Court, Reagan Court and Dwight Eisenhower Way will also be affected by the water outage.

Clarksville Police report Several Vehicle Burglaries without Signs of Forced Entry

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are investigating several vehicle burglaries occurring during overnight hours in the area Northridge Drive, Buchanon Drive, and Dwight Eisenhower Way.

There was a common theme in each of the burglaries; the vehicles were left unlocked or there were no signs of forced entry.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrests Sex Offender at Vanessas Little Ones Childcare

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) have captured a fugitive sex offender who has been on the run for 18 months.

Christopher Dlubac, 38, was wanted by the Tennessee Department of Corrections and the Clarksville Police Department for sex offender violation, probation violation, and theft of property.

Christopher Dlubac arrested for three violations of the sex offender registry. Failure to report current address, residing with minor children, and being present at a day care. He has also been charged with simple possession and unlawful drug paraphernalia. «Read the rest of this article»

Clarksville Police report two persons shot on Buchanon Drive

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – This evening, December 16th, 2015 at 9:58pm, Clarksville Police officers responded to a shooting at the 1500 block of Buchanon Drive.

There are two victims with non-life-threatening injuries. They were both transported to Gateway Medical Center.

There were at least two suspects involved in this incident, and may have been more. The suspects’ identities are unknown.

Clarksville Police reports Teenager allegedly kidnapped Wednesday Night

 

Clarksville Police Advises Caution when Approaching or Assisting a Stranger

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On April 25th, around 10:30pm, a woman called Clarksville Police to report that her 16 year old daughter did not return home from an evening church service and was missing and there were people out looking for her.

The investigation lead officers to 1420 Buchanon Drive, where contact was made with the homeowner Stacy Renee Martin. Officers also found approximately 30 other people inside of the residence.

Homicide Victim has passed away

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Samantha Marie Miller of 1488 Buchanon Drive has died from her gunshot wound she recieved during a domestic dispute. On December 25th, 2010, around 2:42am, officers responded to a Domestic in Progress at the residence. When officers arrived they found Timothy Andrew Putnam and Samantha Marie Miller inside of the home. Samantha Miller had sustained a gunshot wound to the head.

A Homicide charge will be pursued through the court system.

Additionally, the children are now with family members.

Man Charged with Criminal Attempted Homicide After Shooting His Girlfriend

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On December 25th, 2010, around 2:42am, officers responded to a Domestic in Progress at 1488 Buchanon Drive.  When officers arrived they found Timothy Andrew Putnam and Samantha Marie Miller inside of the residence.

Samantha Miller had sustained a gunshot wound to the head. Two juvenile witnesses in the house advised that Miller and Putnam were arguing and fighting and during the fight, Putnam had a gun in his hand and had their mother by the hair.

Robbers In Custody

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On November 11th, 2010, around 7:16pm, officers responded to a Robbery at a Buchanon Drive residence.  According to the victims, two men entered the house through an unlocked front door, displayed handguns, and ordered the victims to the floor. 

They took over $2,000 worth of items from the residence and fled from the scene in a white van. The vehicle was located and stopped about 20 minutes later by Officer David Johnson on the parking lot of Two Rivers Mall.

Isaih Scott and Charles Netherton charged with Aggravated Burglary and Aggravated Robbery.
