James Naismith Classic
Toronto, Ontario – Tennessee Vols basketball returns to action on Saturday afternoon at the James Naismith Classic, when it takes on Washington inside Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena. Tipoff is set for 4:00pm CT on ESPN+.
Saturday’s game will be available to the U.S. audience through a paid subscription with ESPN+. Information about a subscription to the online service can be found here. Doug Sherman (play-by-play) and Sean Farnham (color) will have the call.

Lexington, KY – Playing its best ball of the season, 15th-ranked Tennessee heads to Rupp Arena on Tuesday night, February 6th for a showdown with rival Kentucky. The game is set to tip at 6:00pm CT and will be televised on ESPN for “Super Tuesday.”
The Vols (17-5, 7-3 SEC) enter the contest as winners of their last five games and eight of the last nine. During the stretch, defense has been the key for UT’s success. Tennessee has held its opponents to under 65 points in each of the last seven outings and now ranks 6th in defensive efficiency in the KenPom rankings.

Clarksville, TN – A small but talented group of Austin Peay State University track and field athletes will make their way to Gainesville, Florida, this weekend for the prestigious Florida Relays.
The Governors kick off the event Friday at James G. Pressly Stadium at Percy Beard Track, home to the University of Florida.
Clarksville, TN – The prevalence of hearing loss increases with every decade of age and is closely tied to several ailments, including diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
A 2008 study by the National Institutes of Health revealed that hearing loss is about twice as common in those with diabetes compared to those without, and a 2005 Harvard study found that hearing loss occurs about 54% more often in those with heart disease compared to the general population.

Clarksville, TN – Senior Marco Iten will represent Austin Peay State University men’s golf team at the NCAA Men’s Golf Tournament Auburn Regional, May 15th-17th, at the Auburn University Club.
The 2014 Ohio Valley Conference Individual Medalist, Iten is the fourth Gov to earn a berth in the NCAA Tournament as an individual and the third since 2008, joining Grant Leaver (2008) and Anthony Bradley (2012).
