Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) will close a section of Trenton Road on Tuesday, March 9th, 2021 at 8:00am from address block 2108 to 2114 between Covington Street and Hayes Street for water main improvement work.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed a section of the northbound lane of Trenton Road between Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and Hayes Street for water service line repair.
Flaggers will guide traffic around the work zone; however, motorists may wish to seek an alternate route to avoid traffic congestion.
The work is anticipated to be finished and the lane reopened by approximately 11:30am.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Department of Electricity reports a circuit (Gibbs Lane 274) is out. CDE estimates that this affects 750 customers. CDE has received a report that a truck has hit a pole off West Lowes Drive.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed a section of Trenton Road between Hayes Street and Sequoia Lane to repair a water service line. Trenton Road will also be closed to one lane of traffic from Wilma Rudolph Boulevard to Hayes Street.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department has closed both lanes of Trenton Road near Hayes Street and Fairview lane at 4:00pm to repair a water service line. Drivers should avoid this area if at all possible.
The repair is anticipated to be finished by approximately 8:00pm.
Clarksville Gas and Water announces Water Outages Scheduled for Meadow Lane and Gratton Park Subdivisions

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has scheduled two water outages in the Meadow Lane and Gratton Park subdivisions on Monday, August 11th, 2014, for water valve replacement work. Residents in the surrounding areas may experience low water pressure during the work.

Barge Port: The barge point (Ordinance 14) was officially approved by tonight’s vote. Councilman Redd pulled the item for another official single vote (each ordinance has to have two vote although the second is usually done as a mass approval of the previous months agenda items). Clarksville, TN – An early morning residential fire at 24 Hayes Street was set by a man released on 5 years probation, September 19th, 2011 for vandalizing a car and setting the same residence on fire April 17th, 2011.

Around 12:30am this morning, Police received a 911 call to 24 Hayes Street about a possible burglary in progress. When Police arrived they could see that the residence was on fire. The house was being remodeled, had no power, and unoccupied.
