Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University women’s basketball team hosts Tennessee State, 4:00pm, Saturday, in the annual Coming Home game at the Dunn Center.
Coming Home is an event to celebrate school spirit and welcome alumni back to Austin Peay with campus-wide events, concluding with the basketball doubleheader.

Knoxville, TN – No. 22/16 Tennessee returns to Thompson-Boling Arena on Wednesday night after a three-game road stretch to take on Tennessee State for a 6:00pm CT tip on SECN+ (WatchESPN).

Lexington, KY – Brianna Lawrence poured in 16 points, but the Tennessee State women’s basketball team’s historic season ended, Friday, with a, 97-52, loss to Kentucky in the Opening Round of the NCAA Tournament.
Briana Morrow added 11 points for TSU (18-13), while UK (24-9) had six players finish in double-figures led by Linnae Harper’s 16.
The Lady Tigers shot 26 percent for the game (18-of-69) and had 26 turnovers. UK edged the Lady Tigers in rebounds, 52 to 34, and went to the free throw line 42 times.
Tennessee State Lady Tigers Basketball moves on to OVC Tournament Championship with win over SIU Edwardsville
Nashville, TN – On the 20th Anniversary of the Tennessee State women’s basketball team’s last OVC Championship Game appearance, the Lady Tigers are back again in 2015 after a 71-59 win over SIUE, Friday.
The TSU (17-12) post players were the team’s main offensive weapon, as Jayda Johnson (17), Chelsea Hudson (17) and Briana Morrow (11) all scored in double figures.
The Lady Tigers also had success shooting from outside and were 10-of-21 from beyond the arc. Those 10 triples were the second-most for the team this season.

Clarksville, TN – The West Creek Lady Coyote soccer team seniors got to celebrate a win on senior night. Junior Breanne Cundiff made a goal in the 70th minute to give the Lady Coyotes a 2-1 win over the Rossview Lady Hawks.
“Senior night was actually supposed to be on Saturday against a much less opponent,“ Lady Coyote’s head coach James Moore said. “When we moved it to tonight, the girls were all excited about it. They were like, now they have done this to us twice. They beat us twice on their senior night so now we are going to do the same to them. That was kind of the mentality going in to tonight.
