APSU Governor’s Bass Tournament just around the corner

 

APSU Governors Bass TournamentClarksville, TN – The 19th annual Austin Peay State University Governors Bass Tournament is just five weeks away.

This year’s competition will be held Saturday, May 11th, at Kentucky Lake, with registration and boat launching from Paris Landing, Tennessee, State Park. Last season’s tourney drew 264 boats.

Governors Bass Tournament just weeks away

 

APSU Governors Bass TournamentClarksville, TN – The 17th annual Austin Peay State University Governors Bass Tournament is just one month away.

This year’s edition will be held Saturday, May 14th, at Kentucky Lake, with registration and boat launching from Paris Landing, Tennessee, State Park. Last season’s tourney was postponed from May 8th to May 23rd, due to flood conditions that encased the area. Despite the two-week delay, the tourney still drew 269 boats.

This year, APSU again is hopeful of approaching the 300-boat total—the record of 333 was set in 2009.

Governors Bass Tournament rescheduled for Sunday, May 23rd

 

APSU Governors LogoThe 16th annual Austin Peay State University Governors Bass Tournament is just one week away.

The tourney, postponed May 8th because of flood conditions, will be held Sunday, May 23rd, at Kentucky Lake, with registration and boat launching from Paris Landing, TN, State Park. It was the first time in tourney history that weather caused postponement.

The Loos Show will be in Blackhorse’s Tap Room at 6:00pm

 

apsugovernorsThe Dave Loos Show will return to the Blackhorse Pub and Brewery on Franklin Street in historic downtown Clarksville, 6 p.m., Monday.

For the second straight week, however, the show will be located in upstairs “Tap Room.” Fans, when entering the establishment, will make an immediate left and climb the steps to the location.
