Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office to hold Community Meeting June 30th

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOMontgomery County, TN – Montgomery County Sheriff John Fuson and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is hosting the second in a series of three meetings, dubbed Community Information Exchanges, to address the concerns of the community and get feedback from citizens about activity in their particular area of the county.

This meeting will be for citizens in the communities south of the river in Montgomery County (zones 4 & 5, see graphic) and will be held at 6:30pm Tuesday, June 30th at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 1388 Cumberland Heights Road, Clarksville, TN. This includes all areas in Montgomery County south of the Cumberland River.

“This meeting will be designed specifically towards citizens in those communities,” said Sheriff John Fuson. “They will learn a little about our office, meet some of the deputies and investigators assigned to their areas and learn helpful crime prevention tips.”

The meeting will provide valuable information to citizens about how to prevent themselves from becoming victims of crimes, how to protect themselves from identity theft, usage of the MCSO Web site and more.

State Representative Jay Reedy will be partnering with the MCSO for this meeting in an effort to discuss drug awareness and share information related to drug issues in the community.
