APSU Lady Govs softball schedule changed at Gardner-Webb

Boiling Springs, NC – Austin Peay State University’s softball team has had its season-opening weekend schedule altered due to a team pulling out of the Gardner-Webb Tournament at the last minute.

With the threat of bad weather moving into the Gardner-Webb University area on Saturday, George Washington elected not to make the trip and leaving the Lady Govs and Gardner-Webb changing the two-day, four-game event into a 11:00am (CT) Friday doubleheader between the two schools.
