Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department customer online bill payment feature, WebConnect, will be temporarily down at 5:00pm for network system upgrades.
The payment feature access interruption is expected to be brief; however, the upgrade work may cause periodic unavailability throughout the evening hours.
Please check back for availability.
The network upgrade is necessary and important for security and to optimize operating system performance.
Customer service center payment drop off boxes located at 2015 Fort Campbell Boulevard and 2215 Madison Street are available around the clock for bill payment deposit.
The Clarksville Gas and Water main phone line, 931.645.7400, and the emergency after-hours number, 931.645.0116, will be operational for gas, water and sewer emergency calls.
