Clarksville, TN – On Friday, June 19th, 2020, the Clarksville Gas and Water Department has planned a water outage at 7:00am on Canterbury Road from Lacy Lane to Old Ashland City Road and on a section of E. Coy Circle at the Canterbury Road intersection for fire hydrant replacement.

Clarksville, TN – On Friday, October 12th, 2019 just before midnight, Clarksville Police say a 22 year old man saw the dome light on inside of his Camaro with two men rummaging through it. The car was in the apartment complex parking lot at 1925 Ashland City Road.
He physically confronted one of the men who was standing outside of driver side of the vehicle, pinning him against the vehicle. He looked inside the center console where he had left his gun and saw it was missing.

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has planned a water outage on Monday, September 30th, at 10:00pm on East Old Ashland City Road from Denny Road to Fawn Drive for water valve installation work.
Low water pressure may also affect area residents during the work.

Clarksville, TN – On Wednesday, August 21st, 2019, the Clarksville Gas and Water Department has planned a widespread water outage at 10:00pm on a section of Ashland City Road from Avondale Drive to South Riverside Drive and on South Riverside Drive and North Riverside Drive to College Street for 24 inch water main line and water valve maintenance work.

Clarksville, TN – On Friday, May 31st, 2019, Clarksville Police reponded to a single vehicle fatality crash in the area of 1680 Ashland City Rd (41A Bypass).
Two men in a Chevy Malibu were traveling north on Ashland City Road and for an unknown reason crossed the center turn lane and southbound lane and went off the left side of the paved roadway.
