Clarksville Police respond to Rollover Crash at Greenwood Avenue and Woodmont Boulevard

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Monday, May 21st, 2018 around 1:00pm, Clarksville Police report an inexperienced 19 year old female driving a Saturn, made a right turn off of Greenwood Avenue onto Woodmont Boulevard, hit a curb, causing the car to roll over and land on its roof.

The driver and passenger were uninjured.

Clarksville Police report Vandals Damage 10 Vehicles over Thanksgiving Holiday

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – According to the Clarksville Police Department, there were 10 cars vandalized over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend causing over $5,000 in damages.

The cars were struck by BB gun fire in the areas of Richardson Street, Swift Drive, Woodmont Boulevard, Central Avenue, and Cardinal Lane which are in close proximity to each other.

Clarksville Police have Quantavious Golliday in Custody for Shooting on Carter Road

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On September 4th, 2017, Clarksville Police responded to a shooting on Carter Road. They found a 28 year old male lying partially in the roadway who had been shot. He was Lifeflighted to the hospital, underwent surgery and is now in stable condition.

On September 12th, 2017 around 2:55am, Quantavious Golliday was booked into Montgomery County Jail and charged with Two Counts of Aggravated Assault and Simple Possession. His bond was set at $170,000.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department will be reading meter routes on Saturday, January 30th, 2016 from 7:00am until 3:30pm. The revised meter reading schedule will help make-up for lost reading time due to recent inclement weather.

Meter readers can be identified by their official City of Clarksville issued Gas and Water photo badge, uniform and clearly marked vehicle.

Water service will be off on Woodmont Boulevard from Cumberland Drive to Locust Street and on a small section of Cumberland Drive from Woodmont Boulevard to Swift Drive.

Greenwood Avenue water valve repair

 

Clarksville Gas & Water DepartmentClarksville, TN – Weather permitting, Gas and Water construction crews will be working at several points along Greenwood Avenue beginning Tuesday, September 28th, at 8:00am to 4:00pm and resuming at 8:00pm through Wednesday morning at 7:30am and the same times on Thursday, September 30th.
