Indoor Aquatic Center to Open January 8th

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks & Recreation is looking forward to the opening of the much anticipated Indoor Aquatic Center.  Beginning the first part of the year, New Providence Pool, located on Cunningham Lane, will get a new look- it will be sheltered with a bubble like dome to allow for year-round use.

This celebration will give the public the opportunity to learn more about the center by offering free admission all day long.

Upon opening in January, the center will offer a variety of aquatic programs from swim lessons to programs like aqua zumba and Mommy-and-me classes and will feature concessions and a gift shop. Hours for the Indoor Aquatic Center will be as follows:  Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 1:00pm then 3:00pm to 9:00pm, Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
