ACS Offering Master Resiliency Training

Morale, Welfare and RecreationFort Campbell, KY – Would you like to better understand the dynamics of Comprehensive Soldier Fitness, increase resilience and enhance performance by developing the five dimensions of strength such as the physical, emotional, social, spiritual and Family growth?

What about learning more about the six resilient competencies to include self-awareness, self-regulation, optimism, mental agility, strength of character, and connection?

Getting Started

To get started you need to establish an Army Knowledge Online (AKO) account at www.us.army.mil.

Then proceed to take the Global Assessment Tool (GAT) at www.army.mil/csf and the VIA Survey of Character Strengths that measures the 24 character strengths at www.authentichappiness.sas.upenn.edu/Default.aspx. After completing, contact Alex Krohn at 270-798-4800, and register for the Master Resiliency class taking place May 5th, 10th, 19th, and 24th. Class will be held at the Education Center from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Participants must attend all sessions. This training provides Family Members with the opportunity to receive the Master Resilience Training Course in its entirety. Upcoming training dates in June are June 7th, 16th, 21st, and 28th. July training dates are July 7th, 12th, 21st, and 28th.

Vouchers for child care are available for Hourly Care to those interested in attending. Please call Hourly Care at 270-412-4477 to make child care arrangements.
