Clarksville Police are looking for Two Men that Stole a Truck

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to identify two men that stole a white 2018 Chevrolet C/K 3500 from a local dealership on College Street.

On Monday, January 22nd, 2018, a 2018 White Chevrolet C/K 3500 was reported stolen.

Pictures of the suspects and red pickup they were driving, at the time of the theft, are shown in this article.

Clarksville Police are asking for the public's help to identify the two men in this photo who are suspects in a vehicle theft case.

Clarksville Police report Car hits Pole on Riverside Drive and Flips onto Roof

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police report that on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018, around 2:24pm, a 2008 Hyundai driven by a 79 year old man, was traveling south on Riverside Drive, went off the right side of the road for an unknown reason, hit a light pole, the vehicle flipped and came to rest on its roof.

The driver was uninjured.

The lead investigator is Officer Burton.

CMCSS Middle School teams compete at Memphis First Lego League Robotics Competition

 

Clarksville Montgomery County School System (CMCSS)Montgomery County, TN – Eight teams from Four Clarksville-Montgomery County School System (CMCSS) middle schools competed in the Memphis First Lego League Robotics Competition against a total of 56 teams.

Clarksville Police are trying to identify Rite-Aid Robbery Suspect

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police report that on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018 around 8:46am, the Rite-Aid on Madison Street was robbed.

The suspect handed the clerk a note saying he had a gun and threatened to kill him if he wasn’t given drugs.

The clerk complied, at which time the man took the undisclosed drugs and left the store.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation now accepting vendor applications for Downtown Market

 

Award-winning venue to open season May 26th

Clarksville Downtown MarketClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Downtown Market is accepting vendor applications for its 2018 season. Since opening in 2009, the Downtown Market each year has been voted the American Farmland Trust’s “People’s Choice” winner as the best farmers’ market in Tennessee.

The 2018 market season will be 8:00am to 1:00pm Saturdays from May 26th to October 13th in downtown Clarksville on Public Square.

The fee for a full-time vendor, selling at all 20 market days, is $225.00. The fee for part-time vendors, selling at 10 market days, is $175.00. Fill-in vendors pay $25.00 per market day. All vendor spaces include one white 10-by-10 feet tent, one table, one chair and access to electricity.
