Clarksville Parks and Recreation announces Billy Dunlop Park closed for renovations

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department reports Billy Dunlop Park, located at 1930 East Boyscout Road, is temporarily closed for renovations. The park is expected to re-open at the end of February.

Closures include the Blueway access points used by the public and rental vendors along the West Fork Red River at Billy Dunlop Park and Robert Clark Park.

Improvements include planting a riparian, or river bank, barrier at the river bed to help with erosion and renovations to the pavilion to include ADA Accessible restrooms.
