Tennessee Department of Health reports 2,464 new cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus in Tennessee, April 5th, 2021Nashville, TN – On Monday, April 5th, 2021, the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) reports that there have been 677,618 confirmed cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus. That is an increase of 2,464 cases from Thursday’s 675,154. There have been 9,575 (+11) confirmed deaths in Tennessee because of the virus. O N E H U N D R E D S E V E N T Y S I X new cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus have been reported in Montgomery County. The total is 18,617. Thirty Six of the new cases reported in the last four days were in the age group of 5-18 year olds. There have been 221 deaths in Montgomery County due to the virus. There have been F I F T Y O N E new cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus reported in Robertson County. The total is 9,444. There have been 127 deaths in Robertson County due to the virus. There have been twenty seven deaths in Stewart County due to the virus. Nashville-Davidson County now has 86,068 confirmed cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus. That is an increase of 396 cases from Thursday’s 85,672. There have been 907 (+5) deaths in Davidson County due to the virus. F O R T Y F I V E new cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus have been reported in Christian County Kentucky. The total is 6,544. There have been ninety eight deaths in Christian County Kentucky due to the virus. According to John Hopkins University, there are now a total of 30,777,338 confirmed cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus in the United States. That is an increase of 256,847 cases from Thursday’s 30,520,491 There have now been 555,403 deaths in the United States connected to COVID-19 Coronavirus. This is an increase of 2,361 deaths from Thursday’s 553,042.
