State Representative Ronnie Glynn Welcomes Military Children to Tennessee State Capitol for Annual Capitol Hill Event

Tennessee State GovernmentNashville, TN – State Representative Ronnie Glynn (D-Clarksville) welcomed children of military service members to the State Capitol on Monday, March 30th, 2026, for the fourth annual Military Kids Day on the Hill.

Representative. Glynn said that this year, while the students learned a lot, this year’s gathering severed a dual purpose: “We had a great turnout of military kids that really wanted to learn about government. At a time when Fort Campbell service members are deploying into combat, giving them an opportunity to take their minds off the stress of deployment for a little while, is an honor. Students learned about people who make up TN history, historical parks, and the history of the Capitol.”
