#11 Tennessee Lady Vols get 76-63 win at Oklahoma State

UT Lady VolsStillwater, OK – Sophomore Evina Westbrook poured in a career-high 29 points to lead No. 11/11 Tennessee to a gritty road win over Oklahoma State at Gallagher-Iba Arena on Sunday, 76-63.
 
Junior Rennia Davis and freshman Zaay Green were also in double figures for Tennessee (6-0) with 15 each, with Green posting a new career high. Cheridene Green was a presence on the boards, pulling down a career-best 13 rebounds.
 
The Cowgirls (6-1) were led in scoring by Braxtin Miller, who finished the day with 29 points. Also in double digits for OSU were Jaden Hobbs, who went 4-of-6 from behind the arc for 12 points, and Vivian Gray, who tallied 14 points.

#11/11 Tennessee Lady Vols (5-0) at Oklahoma State Cowgirls (6-0)

UT Lady VolsKnoxville, TN – No. 11/11 Tennessee Lady Vols Basketball (5-0) plays its third straight game away from Knoxville, but its first true road contest of the season, when it squares off with NR/RV Oklahoma State (6-0) in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge on Sunday afternoon. Tip time is set for 3:00pm CT (4:00pm ET) at Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater, OK, and the match-up will be televised by FS1.

The Lady Vols have had a full week between games, last playing on November 24th as they beat UAB in overtime, 73-69, to capture the Junkanoo Division title at the 2018 Women’s Junkanoo Jam in Bimini, Bahamas. UT defeated Clemson, 78-66, in its opening round game on November 22nd.

APSU Women's VolleyballHouston, TX – Sophomore Brooke Moore continued to enjoy her stay in Space City, posting 21 kills to lead Austin Peay State University’s volleyball team downed McNeese in four sets (25-18, 25-15, 16-25, 25-17) to stay unbeaten at the Rice adidas® Invitational, Saturday, at Tudor Fieldhouse.

Austin Peay State University Lady Govs - APSUMobile, AL – Austin Peay State University’s softball team got out to an early lead over national-ranked Alabama-Birmingham, Saturday in the second day of the University of South Alabama Mardi Gras Invitational, but couldn’t hold the Blazers at bay down the stretch losing 4-1.

Austin Peay State University Lady Govs - APSUMobile, AL – Austin Peay State University opened the 2014 regular season, Friday afternoon at the University of South Alabama Mardi Gras Invitational, by splitting its first two games –coming away with a 7-3 win over McNeese State in Game 1, but fell to Syracuse in the nightcap 9-0 in six innings.
