Northeast High School Honor Choir sings on the Montgomery County Court House steps
The festivities included the local school groups Christmas caroling on the court house steps, followed by the lighted Christmas Parade. After the Parade concluded Montgomery County held the official Lighting of the County Christmas Tree on the Courthouse lawn, and Santa visited with area children. Crowds weather the cold for Jaycees’ Christmas Parade
Even as the finishing touches were added at APSU, festivities downtown were warming up with the choral work of the Northeast High School Choir (well bundled against the cold) under the direction if teacher Debbie Wilson.
