Clarksville Police report Christina Mahalie is not a suspect in Walmart Shopliftings

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police say that based on further investigation, it has been determined that Christina Mahalie, age 28, is not one of the suspects as originally believed in the two Walmart shoplifting cases.

Mahalie has not been involved at all.

She has active warrants for: Two Counts Reckless Endangerment, Driving On Revoked License, Resisting, Two Counts Shoplifting, Capias For Shoplifting, Capias For Contraband In A Penal Institution, and Capias For Simple Possession.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office releases results from Operation Broken Hearts

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Warrants and Sexual Offender Unit with the assistance of the Austin Peay State University Police Department, the Clarksville Police Department, the United States Marshal Service, and the Diplomatic Security Service conducted Operation Broken Hearts to target subjects with recent outstanding criminal warrants.

By 5:00pm, Friday, February 15th, 2019 they had arrested 40 subjects with a total of 52 outstanding warrants (note that some warrants may have had multiple charges on them).

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office pursue, arrest Two Individuals for Vehicle Theft

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two individuals on numerous charges to include vehicle theft and evading arrest.

On Thursday, January 23rd, 2019, at approximately 9:20am Investigator Bryan DeRose observed a vehicle weaving in and out of traffic forcing a car to drive off the road to avoid a head-on collision.

DeRose attempted to initiate a traffic stop but the vehicle fled for approximately 40 minutes throughout the Woodlawn community in an attempt to evade law enforcement.

(Top) Jacob Randy Fehsera and (Bottom) Stephanie Klara Boyer were arrested Thursday by Montgomery County Sheriff’s Officers for vehicle theft and evading arrest.

Clarksville Police arrest Five Hopkinsville Residents for Shoplifting in Clarksville

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have charged five Hopkinsville Kentucky residents in conjunction with felony shoplifting in Clarksville.

Clarksville Police were called to a business in the 2800 block of Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, around 9:00pm, Saturday, October 20th, 2018 in reference to four females being involved with shoplifting and exiting the store with over a $1,000 in merchandise.

Good Samaritans Beware of Those With Bad Intentions

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police say good samaritans were trying to help take a thief off the streets, but the reward for their efforts was that a man pulled a knife and threatened them.

On December 9th and 10th, there were two separate incidents at different locations in two days where good samaritans tried to stop a shoplifter after they witnessed a man stealing merchandise from the store.

Clarksville Police request help identifying Aggravated Assault Suspect

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police investigated a reported Aggravated Assault at the 408 Tiny Town Road Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market on October 12th, 2017 but the suspect has not yet been identified.

The suspect, described as a white male in a black hoodie and tan pants, allegedly displayed a pistol after he was caught shoplifting some frozen food items.

Clarksville Police request Public Assistance Identifying Shoplifting Suspects

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police District 3 Crime Prevention Officer James Howard is requesting public assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a felony shoplifting incident at Academy Sports on 130 South Hampton Place.

On April 15th, 2016 at 3:30pm, the two suspects in the photos provided took three Yeti Coolers that totaled over $1000 and left the premises through the fire exit near the rear of the business.

On December 19th, 2015 between 1:28pm and 1:46pm, the individual in the photos attached stole tires off a car parked in the Sango Walmart parking lot.
