Dr. Kim Sigears has been named At-Risk Coordinator for Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, replacing Drew Williams who was chosen as assistant principal at Clarksville High School.
Sigears will begin her duties July 1st. She earned her doctorate of education at Tennessee State University, and received her Ed.S. and B.S. from Austin Peay State University. She earned a master’s degree in instructional technology from California State University, San Bernadino.

The purpose of the K-12 and at-risk programs coordinator is to serve schools by identifying and providing the tools, resources, “best practices” and skills necessary for them to help students identified At-Risk become academically successful.
Sigears has supervised district summer school; Read 180 at Kenwood Middle; and assisted with summer school virtual high school supervision. She has the knowledge and application of data and data analysis, according to Dr. Sean Impeartrice, director of CMCSS middle schools.
