Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department has released the names of the two people shot near Kiddieland Day Nursery. They are: Nakita Butler, age 22 and Cedrick Outlaw, age 25. They have a personal relationship.
The suspect, Travis Lamont Skelton was formerly in a relationship with Nakita Butler and the father of her two children. The altercation started out as a verbal argument which turned physical between Outlaw and Skelton.
