Austin Peay 2012 Homecoming King and Queen Crowned

Austin Peay State UniversityClarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University celebrated Homecoming 2012 “True Colors.” with several events starting October 24th and ending October 27th with a Homecoming Parade, Tailgating and more.

At halftime of the Austin Peay Homecoming game Sunday, the presentation of the 2012 Homecoming King, Queen and Court was held at Governors Stadium. There was five candidates each for Homecoming King and Queen.

Molly Silkowski was Crowned Homecoming Queen and Ryan Givens was Crowned Homecoming King.

Ryan Givens was crowned 2012 Homecoming King. Molly Silkowski, who let out a scream and pumped her hand in the air, was crowned 2012 Homecoming Queen.

“It’s such a honor to be chosen as Homecoming Queen. The court was amazing. All five girls had such great personalities. Everyone one of us deserved it,” stated Molly Silkowski. “Its just a great feeling to be chosen. I’m so thankful. It’s just feels amazing.”
