Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has planned water valve replacement work on Friday, January 3rd, and Monday, January 6th, 2025, at The Madison at 12th Apartments, formerly Maple Hill apartments, located at 545 South Twelfth Street.
The work will begin each day at 8:00am and water service will be intermittent until approximately 3:00pm on both days.
Low water pressure may also affect the vicinity while the work is underway.
The northern section of Maple Hill and South Twelfth Street will be closed to traffic during the work and all motorists entering and exiting the apartment complex will be directed to the southern entrance of Maple Hill.
Utility construction crews plan to finish the water valve work by approximately 3:00pm on Monday, January 6th.
