She was born on October 18th, 1946 in Cedar Hill, TN to William and Mattie Price. Betty loved playing cards and games, enjoyed quilting, and cherished time spent with her family. She was also an exceptional cook who took great pride in sharing her meals with others.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Devers, children, Jackie Lyle and Greg Devers, and siblings, John Price and Margie Smith. Betty is survived by her children, Tammy Lyle, Lane Lyle, Steve (Pam) Devers, daughter-in-law, Cathy Devers, and many grandchildren, and several great- grandchildren.
