Austin Peay Lady Govs Track and Field’s Chantelle Grey named OVC Co-Track Athlete of the Week
Grey has been busy during the first few weeks of indoor season. The 2012 NCAA Preliminary Round qualifier in the 800m run owns the best OVC mark in that event so far this season, coming at last week’s Blazer Invite. Hogan named CIAF APSU Athlete of the Week
In five games last week Hogan hit .333 (7-for-21) with two runs scored, four doubles, and seven RBI. The Governors won two of three at Jacksonville State, giving the Govs their third-straight conference series win. The Saint Louis, MO native was clutch in the Governors two victories over Jacksonville State. In Game 1, Hogan started strong with a first-inning RBI double.
