Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy discovers meth lab in vehicle

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOMontgomery County, TN – A deputy with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office tonight, when attempting to apprehend a suspect near Madison Street and McAdoo Creek, discovered a one-pot meth lab in the suspect’s vehicle.

Deputy Jacob Kent witnessed a suspect at the Sango Market, and he knew that he was wanted on two felony warrants. He took the suspect into custody, waited for backup and searched the vehicle.

Clarksville Police Department issues Felony Theft Warrants for Gary Brian Gunnels and Kaitlin Patterson

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Detective Nicholas Newman has Felony Theft Warrants on file for Kaitlin Patterson and Gary Brian Gunnels, who goes by Brian Gunnels.

They are responsible for stealing a new Husqvarna riding mower from a Clarksville business between August 15th and 24th of this year.

Gary Brian Gunnels and Kaitlin Patterson are wanted by Clarksville Police for theft of a Husqvarna riding mower.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation captures Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitive in Nashville

 

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation - TBINashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Wednesday afternoon captured one of the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted fugitives in Nashville, TN.

Terrace Dewayne Shaw, 22, was captured at approximately 3:00pm at 2130 Burns Street in Nashville. Both Shaw and his co-defendant, Aderius Bingham, were taken into custody.

Shaw was wanted by Lebanon Police Department for especially aggravated robbery.

Clarksville Police request assistance locating a Burglary Suspect with Four Felony Warrants on File

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is trying to locate Maurice Antonio Deloatch. He has Four Felony warrants on file. He committed three Vehicle Burglaries and an Aggravated Assault between September and October 2011.

Police are concerned the crimes may be escalating in intensity. When Deloatch was confronted by the victim of the last vehicle burglary, he threatened the man with a handgun, even though one was never actually displayed.

Ring of Thieves Bilk a Business Out of Over $10,000

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Since the end of September 2011, six thieves have bilked a Fort Campbell Boulevard business out of over $10,000 in cash through the use of fraudulent payroll checks.

Officer Christina Gilliard has been investigating the case and determined the payroll checks were written on an account for New Adult Assisted Living, 1795 Cornelia Lane, Memphis, TN 38117.

Clarksville Police are looking for these six suspects.

Man Fails to Perform Contracted Work, Victims Lose Thousands of Dollars

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are looking for a man whose company took thousands of dollars from victims to perform home repair or improvement work, but never started the projects, shut down the business, and has not refunded the down payment money.

Jacob Louis Smith is the owner of Clarksville Home Exteriors, the  business which provided written estimates and contracted with the victims to perform home improvement work. Man out on Bond for Theft has New Warrants on file for Theft of Motor Vehicles

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are looking for Nicholas Jeffrey Hull (W/M, DOB: 10/6/89) who has been out on Bond from jail since September 13th, 2011 for Theft of Property.

Hull has two new Felony warrants on file for Theft of Motor Vehicles. 

On September 27th, 2011, Hull is alleged to have taken a 1972 Mustang  from a residence without the owner’s permission and sold it to a recycling company for $336.40. The vehicle’s estimated value is $1,000.
