APSU FootballBrentwood, TN – The Austin Peay State University (APSU) football contest against Murray State in the Heritage Bank Battle of the Border will be featured as the Ohio Valley Conference’s ESPN3 Game of the Week, November 16th, 2019 the conference announced, Thursday.

APSU FootballBrentwood, TN – Austin Peay State University’s football team will be featured in the first two Ohio Valley Conference “Game of the Week” contests, carried exclusively by ESPN3, the conference announced Friday.

The Governors critical road tilt 3:00pm Saturday, September 29th with Jacksonville State will be the first of eight games highlighting the best of the OVC.

OVC announces first two games of “Game of the Week” broadcast on ESPN3

 

Ohio Valley Conference - OVCBrentwood, TN  On Tuesday the OVC revealed the first two games that are part of the league’s eight-game football “Game of the Week” package that will be carried exclusively on ESPN3 this fall.

The package will kickoff on Saturday, September 20th when UT Martin hosts Eastern Kentucky at 12:00pm CT. The second game of the package will take place on Saturday, October 4th and will be a “Wildcard” selection which will be announced roughly 12 days before the contest.

OVC announces Football “Game of the Week” package with ESPN3

 

Ohio Valley Conference - OVCBrentwood, TN – The Ohio Valley Conference has announced an eight-game football “Game of the Week” package that will be carried exclusively on ESPN3 this fall.

The eight games will be announced over the next four days via OVC social media outlets as well as OVCSports.com. Two games will be announced each day via the league’s Twitter and Facebook.

Ohio Valley Conference - OVCBrentwood, TN – The Ohio Valley Conference today announced a nine game football “Game of the Week” package that will be carried exclusively on ESPN3 this fall.

The nine game schedule will feature each of the nine OVC football-playing institutions at least once during the season and includes eight Conference matchups and one non-conference game

Football Governors to be featured twice on on OVC Game of the Week

 

Austin Peay State University GovernorsAustin Peay State University’s football team is scheduled to be featured twice this fall in the Ohio Valley Conference “Game of the Week” football television package, announced Monday.

The OVC and Wazoo Sports, Inc., a regional sports network based out of London, KY, will televise 10 games in 2010, beginning with the Austin Peay-Tennessee State game, 6:00pm, Sept. 18th, at LP Field in Nashville. The Governors also will see their 6:00pm, Oct. 16th home game against Southeast Missouri also telecast.

Although the network of stations has not been released yet, the Wazoo broadcasts are expected to be covered in Tennessee’s mid-state area.
