Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) in Montgomery County will be doing Widening on SR 149 and SR 13/48.

Daily, from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be intermittent road closures for blasting activities on SR 13 and 149 near the Cumberland River.

Hilltop Supermarket 2019 Dwayne Byard Memorial BBQ Cook-Off better than ever

Clarksville, TN – It had been raining early in the morning and rain was forecasted all day, but it let up during the Hilltop Supermarket 2019 Dwayne Byard Memorial BBQ Cook-Off. The event was held Saturday, May 4th.

“The weather actually turned out great. We thought it was going to pour down all day,” said Cody Jackson, Hilltop Supermarket. “It was a little cloudy with a few drops of rain but it wasn’t bad at all. We got lucky.”

Big B’s BBQ’s Brian Morrison won Grand Champion at Hilltop Supermarket’s 2019 Dwayne Byard Memorial BBQ Cook Off.

Hilltop Supermarket’s 2019 Dwayne Byard Memorial BBQ Cook-Off kickoff party

Clarksville, TN – On Friday night, May 3rd, 2019, Hilltop Supermarket kicked off their 2019 Dwayne Byard Memorial BBQ Cook-Off with a party, food, live music and the 2nd annual Country Kids Cook-Off. The weather was really nice despite rain earlier in the day and an overcast sky.

“The weather has been excellent. Considering what it’s been calling for all week and the cloud cover today, it was absolutely excellent,” stated Cody Jackson, Hilltop Supermarket. “There has not been a rain drop yet. The Lord blessed us today.”

Hilltop Supermarket will hold 24th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th

Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, April 20th, 2019, Hilltop Supermarket will hold their 24nd Annual Easter Egg hunt. Festivities will begin at 11:00am with the egg hunt starting at 2:00pm sharp.

Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that in Montgomery County on SR 149 and SR 13 there will be Grading, Drainage, and Construction of Bridge work, as well as Retaining Wall work and Paving from River Road to Zinc Plant Road daily, from 9:00am-3:00pm.

There will be periodic flagging operations along SR 13 and SR 149 for clearing and grade work operations. Starting now through summer 2019, Mayhew Road under the McClure Bridge will be closed.
