Clarksville Department of Electricity - CDE - CDE LightbandClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Department of Electricity (CDE Lightband) has several scattered outages due to the storm that rolled through. Our largest outage is where a circuit is out at the substation, feeding approximately 550 customers around the following areas: East Happy Hollow, Pumping Station Road, Seven Mile Ferry Road, Monroe Street, Oakdale Drive, Swift Drive, Greenwood Avenue, Beverly Hill Drive, and surrounding streets.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department will be reading meter routes on Saturday, January 30th, 2016 from 7:00am until 3:30pm. The revised meter reading schedule will help make-up for lost reading time due to recent inclement weather.

Meter readers can be identified by their official City of Clarksville issued Gas and Water photo badge, uniform and clearly marked vehicle.

Clarksville Police have identified Robbery Suspects

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have been trying to identify two individuals that took over $500.00 worth of merchandise from a business on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.

The two suspects have been identified as 23-year-old Michael Hodges and 23-year-old Lacey Sanders. They are both from Clarksville. Both were already wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for a burglary.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department reports Edmondson Ferry Road Water Outage and Road Closure

 

Wednesday, June 5th, 2013

Clarksville Gas and Water DepartmentClarksville, TN – A Clarksville Gas and Water construction crew has turned off water service on Edmondson Ferry Road from Greenwood Avenue to U.S. Highway 41-A Bypass to repair a fire hydrant located near the Williams Lane intersection.

Edmondson Ferry Road is also closed to traffic from Church Drive to Monroe Street. The work is anticipated to be complete by approximately 4:00pm.

Clarksville Gas and Water DepartmentClarksville, TN – A Gas and Water construction crew has closed Monroe Street to through traffic from Lincoln Street to Edmondson Ferry Road to replace a sewer service line.

The road will be closed until approximately 2:00pm today.

Greenwood Avenue Road Closure Planned

Clarksville Gas and Water DepartmentClarksville, TN – Gas and Water construction crews will close Greenwood Avenue from Lynes Street to Monroe Street beginning Monday, April 18th, through Wednesday, April 20th. This section of Greenwood will be closed each day at 8:30am and reopened at 2:00pm.
