Rossview High School Students design Sweatshirt for Clarksville Police Department

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department’s Professional Integrity Unit was looking for a fresh, new youthful perspective for designing a sweatshirt which officers could wear for recruitment and training.

So, Captain Ty Burdine and Sgt Rodney Lifsey headed to Rossview High School and met with Ms. Hannah Brooks who teaches the Academy of Media Arts and Technology class.

Clarksville Police Department holds retirement ceremony for Cheryl Anderson and Timothy Saunders

 

Saunders, Anderson applauded for decades of service

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Amid a boisterous crowd of police officers and family members, Clarksville Police proudly celebrated the retirement Friday of two long-serving and respected members of the City’s law enforcement team.

Clarksville Police Chief Al Ansley and Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan presented Certificates of Retirement to Sgt. Cheryl Anderson, who served the department for 30 years, and Sgt. Timothy Saunders, who served for 28 years. They both are retiring effective November 1st, 2017.

Clarksville Police identify Female JC Penny Theft Suspect as Quanta Burse

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On December 8th, 2015, Clarksville Police Officers responded to an Aggravated Assault at JC Penny’s on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.

An unknown black female was confronted by the Loss Prevention Specialists (LPs) outside of the store when a white sedan pulled up with the lights off and an unknown black male exited the vehicle to assist the female. The female subject yelled to the male driver, “get the gun… shoot em!

Clarksville Police look to identify JC Penny Theft Suspect

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Detective Rodney Lifsey is investigating a Felony Theft of Property/ Aggravated Assault case and is requesting public assistance in identifying the suspects.

On December 8th, 2015 at 5:25pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to an Aggravated Assault at JC Penny’s on the 2800 block of Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. After an unknown black female had stolen a felony amount of clothing, she was confronted by the Loss Prevention Specialists (LPs) outside of the store.

Clarksville Police use Social Media to locate runaway Christian Stehle

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Due to Christian Stehle’s active participation on Social Media, Clarksville Police Officers were able to locate the 16-year-old runaway. Detective Rodney Lifsey stated that CPD’s Sgt Keenan Carlton was instrumental in gathering the social media intelligence for this runaway case.

Christian had ran away from home on the 700 block of Cloud Drive on November 24th, 2015 at approximately 8:00am.

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Detective Rodney Lifsey from the Clarksville Police Department is searching for a runaway juvenile. The runaway juvenile is 16-year-old Christian Stehle from Clarksville.

Christian ran away from his home on the 700 block of Cloud Drive on November 24th, 2015 at approximately 8:00am.

Clarksville Police respond to Bank Robbery at Cumberland Bank & Trust on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Today, November 24th, 2015 at 2:25pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a bank robbery at Cumberland Bank & Trust at 2034 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.

The suspect walked into the bank, handed the bank employee a note, and she complied by giving him money. The suspect did not display a weapon and left the scene.

Clarksville Police request public help finding runaway Amelia Theodore

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Detective Rodney Lifsey is searching for a runaway juvenile. The runaway juvenile is 15-year-old Amelia Theodore from Clarksville.

Amelia has been missing since yesterday October 6th, 2015 between 8:00pm and 11:15pm.

She does not have a history of running away.

Clarksville Police seeks Don Plunk on Multiple Warrants

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are attempting to locate a local man with seven current arrest warrants and four more warrants pending. Don Lincoln Plunk is described as a 32-year-old white male who stands 5’8” and weighs about 160 lbs.

Charges include three trespassing warrants, two thefts of property, a General Sessions capias, and a Petition to Revoke.

Don Lincoln Plunk is wanted by the Clarksville Police Department for multiple warrants.

Clarksville Police request public help identifying Felony Theft of Property Suspect

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Detective Rodney Lifsey is investigating multiple Felony Theft of Property cases involving one suspect and is requesting public assistance in identifying him. He has included three photos.

The most recent known case occurred on August 13th, 2015 at 4:17pm. The suspect came into Walmart at the 2300 block of Madison Street and went to the jewelry counter wanting to look at a diamond ring.
