Clarksville Police charge Mary Lancaster in July 2018 Fatality Crash

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Department’s Fatal Accident Crash Team Investigator have charged a woman in a fatality crash occurring in July 2018.

The first fatality crash involved a car versus motorcycle and occurred July 16th, 2018, around 11:50am. Mary Lancaster, 77, driving a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse was traveling south on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and attempted to make a left turn into South Hampton Place.

The Clarksville Police Fatal Accident Crash Team has charged Mary Lancaster for the death of Austin McWhite that occurred July 16th, 2018.

Clarksville Police release additional information on Fatality Crash at South Hampton Drive and Wilma Rudolph Boulevard

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Monday, July 16th, 2018 around 11:46am, a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse, operated by Mary Lancaster, age 77, out of Pembroke KY, was traveling south on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.

A 1999 Triumph 955i motorcycle, operated by Austin McWhite, age 23, a Fort Campbell solider, was traveling north on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.

Clarksville Police continue to investigate the crash at South Hampton Drive and Wilma Rudolph Boulevard in front of the Governors Square Mall.

City of Clarksville’s Game 5 & 6 events will be at Wilma Rudolph Center

City of Clarksville - Clarksville, TNClarksville, TN – Sponsors are joining with the City of Clarksville to make its series of Predators Stanley Cup Finals viewing parties at the Wilma Rudolph Events Center bigger and better and more fun for the entire family.

The City plans viewing events starting at 4:30pm. Thursday and Sunday in Liberty Park, with a new twist: Organized pregame activities for families on the amphitheater lawn outside the events center.

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On March 23rd, 2017, ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control ) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit, in conjunction with State ABC Agents, conducted alcohol beverage compliance checks targeting the sale of alcohol to underage persons.

The compliance checks were conducted at thirteen businesses.

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On December 1st, 2016, Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit working in conjunction with Agents from the Tennessee State Alcohol Beverage Control conducted operations targeting the sales of alcohol to underage persons.

Compliance checks were done on 15 businesses with 12 businesses being found in compliance and 3 businesses cited for sales of alcohol to underage persons.

Clarksville Police request Public Assistance Identifying Shoplifting Suspects

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police District 3 Crime Prevention Officer James Howard is requesting public assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a felony shoplifting incident at Academy Sports on 130 South Hampton Place.

On April 15th, 2016 at 3:30pm, the two suspects in the photos provided took three Yeti Coolers that totaled over $1000 and left the premises through the fire exit near the rear of the business.

Clarksville Police requests assistance Identifying Shoplifting Suspects

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Detective Howard Gillespie is trying to identify two suspects (1 white female and 1 white male) involved in multiple Shoplifting incidents and is requesting public assistance.

On January 24th, 2016 at 3:14pm, CPD Officers responded to a Theft of Property Shoplifting at Academy Sports, located at 130 South Hampton Place, that occurred between 12:00pm and 3:00pm.
